My cousin is in the Navy and we just found out that his ship has been declared missing at sea. He was in Japan.

That was my response too. We don't talk much, but his wife called a few days ago crying and that's what she told us. His ship has been missing for 3 weeks. How does a country with some of the best GPS technology in the world lose one of it's ships?
