Monitor Problem!!!!!!!

My bro messed up teh brightness on the monitor and I can't fixed it. Tried fixing it to the best of my knowledge and can't find the correct menu to fix it.

Ok, it's not the birghtness or contrast on the monitor. Tried fixing that...and images on the monitor are still faded. Help.

Problem fixed, just had to re-start the comp.
