There are varying degrees of evil. Do I think Bush is as bad as Hitler or Stalin? No. But do I really see 3,000 American deaths as being any worse than the roughly 75 thousand Iraqi civilian deaths that happened because Bush used the aforementioned to start a war with a country that had nothing to do with it? Again, no.
