most annoying kids in movies

So I'm watching War of the Worlds on tv, have always likes it, love the tone of it & has this eerie, 1950s sci-fi feel about it.

But the one thing that has always kept me from really enjoying it is the damn kids. The poor guy is just trying to survive an alien invasion & protect his kids, & all they wanna do is act like whiny little brats.

There's nothing wrong with 'kids being kids', but these kids are just annoying as hell, to the point where it takes you out of the movie. I wish the aliens couldve caught the teenage son & shoved a mile long probe up his ass.

So now I'm wondering if I've seen a movie with kids even more annoying.
Any thoughts?
