Most anticipated movies of 2007

but yeah what movies are you guys really looking forward to that are coming out in 2007

here are...off the top of my head here are some that i am really looking foraward to i will try and put them in order of most anticipation, but i am going to reserve the right to change my order haha

1. Pirates of the Carribean: At Worlds end
2. Spiderman 3
3. Transformers(some of its credientials aren't that good but if they can pull it off this movie could be incredible)
4. Halloween (directed by Rob Zombie)
5. Smokin Aces
6. Harry Potter 5
7. Shoot em Up (Clive Owen/ Paul Giamatti)
8. I am Legend
9. American Gangster
10. Grind House (Tarantino Rodriguez)
11. FF2

Not much for me. Spider-Man 3, 300, and Letters From Iwo Jima so far. There's a few I'm watching out for though.

Looks like a lot of big budget duds next year, like FF2, Transformers (another notch in Bay's hack belt), Ghost Rider, and I Am Legend.

that simpsons trailer looks real rough

the rock and the hard place joke was about as bad as it gets

i am a monster simpsons fan i think seasons 4-9 are the best programming television has ever had

but i am very very weary of the movie

• Grindhouse - Quentin Tarantino. Robert Rodriguez. The end.
• Sin City 2 - The first movie was beautiful. Can't wait for the next installment.
• Spider-Man 3 - The first two films are pretty average to me, but the official trailer I saw made this one look pretty cool. Let's hope it doesn't disappoint.
• 300 - I didn't care for the story of the comic, but the art was beautiful.

I think people are immediately going the Fantastic Four route with Transformers, dismissing it before anything is even seen. Yes, it's Michael Bay, and yes, they took some liberties apparantly. But you're going to see Optimus Prime in live action fighting and giving speeches on the big screen. OPTIMUS PRIME. I don't give a **** if Bay is the director, it's Transformers, and I plan on being there with several of my younger family members to see their reactions.
