What are some of the most overrated tv shows?

i know im going to catch a lot of flak for this, but i think Lost is extremely over-rated. i used to love love LOVE the show, but the longer it went on, the more apparent that they were just flying by the seat of their pants. and i thought it just lost it's appeal from what it once was.

Fox wouldn't dare with the money Idol brings in...I know quantity does not equal quality and American Idol is to blame for the reality TV boom in general, but it makes TONS of money for Fox....I hate it, but I understand its power

No, Survivor was responsible.

For me, I'll only go with shows I've seen or currently watch;
Mad Men - Good show and I watch it, but it gets way too much praise

Big Bang Theory - Another show I watch, but don't think it's as good as people make it out to be

30 Rock - Funny, but best comedy on TV? Hell no, way overrated.

House - Good, but it is the same thing every week, hardly deserving of Emmy love.

My Name is Earl - Dropped this show in the first season, the show has a nice lesson to it, but it wasn't really funny. Couldn't really peg it, definitely not drama, but not really comedy either, just kind of a feel good show.

The Wire - Watched it on DVD over the summer after so many people praised it, this shows sucks, too little happened through a season, really needed an editor to tighten things up.

Before anyone asks why I still watch Mad Men, Big Bang, 30 Rock and House if I think they're overrated. I do enjoy the shows, just feel there are much better shows on TV.
