The Denny's in Canada have a similar patriotic dish, but no blueberries in the pancakes. And for some reason, instead of just doubling the strawberries, they add in pimentoes.

Maiz(e) is the principal crop in the United States. It's one of the most important although few people realize just how much. Although I do find it amusing when you Wiki corn, it directs straight to the maize page.
