If she keeps the child, she would not be allowed to be a foster mother to ANY of her other children or have her grandchildren visit.

well in her case she has no alternative, since the kid is 15 and said he wanted to stay with his "mom". the kid is already in state custody, so i guess she can send him to a rehab or institution.


but i read shes trying to get politicians involved............which can be a real tough call when it come to politics, with re-elections and trying to hold a good image.

the kid belongs somewhere out of the household anyways and should've been sent to juvy.

im pretty sure a good lawyer can, considering the boys backgorund. bipolar and was physcially abused. if that mother that killed her 3 children can get away with it, im pretty sure this dude can.

*sigh* What im syaing is theres so such thing as an insanity plea, you can plea Not Guilty by reason of Insanity, but when you enter a plea you dont tell the judge "Insanity".

Good. If he really is bipolar, then he needs thearpy. And of course he shouldnt be around the kids he abused, but he shouldnt be tossed away either.

"Tossed away" isn't really the right analogy. His adoptive parents realize that they aren't capeable of looking out for his psychological needs, so wouldn't it make sense that he go somewhere where he could be better provided for?

Exactly. This kid needs help, and he's not going to get the professional care from a woman who has her own children to look after.

The best solution, for him and everybody else, is to be moved to a place where he can be properly treated and cared for.

I dont think its necessarily mean...I pretty sure she was trying to be nice but raping two children in year is a really bad things, he has scarred those children for the rest of their lives. Not only that but she cant have foster kids because of this, which means she couldn't help more kids who are in need of someone to love and care for them.
So I dont think its mean, its tragic for the boy but Im pretty sure it was a hard choice for her to "de-dopt" the kid

It goes to show that love is not eternal with some,but i agree that getting rid of the boy does not solve the problem.She needs to work with him,or something to that degree.
