What are all of your takes on the graphics of motorstorm? Do you guys think that it looks a lot better than the target video that was shown like two-three years ago? Just wondering.

No, it definately doesn't look better than the target video. That said, it still looks bloody good.

As for the Killzone trailer / video. I'm interested to see if Sony rings true with their claims it will look better than the original target video. It seems a little on the sensationalist side.

I'm with you on the whole Killzone thing, I think its going to exceed our expectations on countless of reasons.

1. Sony has dug themselves a hole they have to get out of, meaning thats why they spent over 22 million dollars making this game alone.
2. It would be amazing if their console could make a game thats first generation with those graphics!

and many others I don't really feel like going into detail about.

I think though they are speaking truth because man they are really winging this thing around like no big deal, I mean for god sakes we are having a demo coming to us in a month!

If this game ended up looking better than Gears of War, I'd be so f-ing happy. Sony needed something to back up their claims on how far the graphical power of these games is gonna go ever since MGS4 was downgraded horribly.

I LOVE THIS GAME, IT'S FREAKING AWESOME, THE GRAPHICS ARE STUNNING, MUD NEVER LOOKED SO GOOD!!! ONLINE MULTIPLAYER IS FUN, IT COULD USE SOME IMPROVEMENTS, NOTHING A FEW DOWNLOADS CAN'T FIX, BUT IT IS ONE HELL OF A FUN GAME 9/10!!!

This game ****ING BLOWS MY MIND!!! The graphics are SWEET, as well as the gameplay, and especially the controls. I just loved driving with the Six Axis. this will be one of the first games i buy when i get my PS3. And I thought MGS4 looked really good, the textures were the only bad thing, but they were just placeholders anyways.

...what's up with the save points man? my buddy just got Motorstorm and we've played it for 2 nights and it didn't save anything. is there something we need to achieve before the game will save it? is there an "autosave" option that we missed or something? please fill us in.

Well we'll be seeing what MGS looks like in July. Though it still looks better then Splinter Cell Conviction.

Though Motorstorm was practically a PS3 launch title, if you want to see something that might end up besting Gears look at Uncharted. Heck Heavenly Sword even. Personally I think a decent number of the PS3 games shown are better then Gears because Gears is all low poly normal mapping with a low cap of enemies on screen to get looking that good, along with grit and shine.
