Watched The Night of the Hunter for the umpteenth time last night. Anybody who truly loves movies needs to watch that film and rewatch it on a regular basist:

My list is based on either anniversary or seasonal reasoning.

I have an 'essential' list for Christmas which revolves around 'The Snowman' & 'Its a Wonderful Life' on Christmas Eve with Gremlins prior to going to bed that night. Then LOTR trilogy Extended Editions over the Christmas period.

Anniversary watches include Jaws, BTTF & always Halloween (1978) on 31st October, each year are essential, annual watches, without fail.

Plus Superman The Movie each year, maybe twice, once in the Summer & defo at Christmas (at the time of release, 16th Dec 1978).
