Yahoo! Movies page lists the Top Rated Movies of All Time at their site.

1) The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
2) Iron Man
3) Bella
4) The Shawshank Redemption
5) Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married?
6) Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
7) The Godfather
8) Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion
9) Transformers
10) Raiders of the Lost Ark

Seems like a damn good list to me. I've never seen a Tyler Perry film but he must be quite popular. I also thought Transformers was a huge thumbs down. Schindler's List, Godfather 2, Empire Strikes Back and Passion of The Christ are in the next ten. Some great films there, it's good to see Iron Man take his rightful place among the elite.

It's #1 in boxofficemojo.

1. Iron Man
2. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
3. Star Wars
4. The Empire Strikes Back
5. Raiders of the Lost Ark
6. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
7. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
8. The Bourne Ultimatum
9. Ratatouille
10. The Shawshank Redemption

Btw, seems like most of Yahoo's users are black... No offence, but c'mon, Tyler Perry... :whatever:

i was surprised it beat speedracer at the boxoffice I hope it gets to 300 million

Whao. It was not that good.

That is what I was thinking, good flick but definately not anywhere on a top ten all time list I mean come on. If this is on that list than TDK will own that list.

Maybe people are just happy to see a good Marvel movie after three years of crapness. :)

Looks like Iron Man is sitting in with some pretty good company. :word:

Maybe we should all see TDK first before anointing it king of the world? Considering the last Incredible Hulk trailer was far better then the last TDK trailer, maybe all the TDK hype is out of whack?

Indiana Jones sucks IMO,he always has to me and he always will.

I always get a good chuckle when i see fanboys pre-conceived notions of the "pecking-order" of superhero films blown out of the water.

The disbelief that yes, as a matter of fact, Iron Man IS that good of a movie, for example.

TDK is not out yet. :whatever:

That's so funny. They are all post 1980 Hollywood movies. That is a list voted for by men under 30, not a proper percentage of the population or anybody who has seen a broad range of films.

I.M. was good, maybe one of the best C.B. films ever, but one of *THE* best films ever?? Not to me.

Iron Man was great, but it's beginning to reach "overrated" status.

Then again, these Yahoo! users must have poor taste. Transformers? POTC? Two Godawful Tyler Perry movies? Wow.

Iron Man was original, fresh, innovative (I'm being a bit redundant with hyperbole, but anyway)...it was definitely an exceptional, and arguably the best, superhero film made. To be placed in the top films of all time on certain lists is a bit crazy, although it's nice to see that not all top film lists are all full of three hour drama-fests.

Seeing as how there are two Tyler Perry films there, along with Transformers, I find the list to be rather inaccurate.

This list is a joke. The only movies that belong up there are LOTR, Shawhank, Godfather and Raiders.

Iron Man is getting extremely overrated now.

I couldn't agree more. Especially when I hear some of my friends, who have never read an Iron Man book in their lives, acting like Iron Man is God's gift to humanity.

I think Iron man was good, but not numbah 2 good...
I feel like it brought something fresh. To me it's like this
X-men and Spider-man started the Silver Age of superhero movies, they set a new standard to superhero movies, esp with using special effects.
Batman Begins then blew everyone out of the water with it's realistic-ness, how real the whole world seemed was really amazing to me. Iron man and Incredible Hulk has brought something new to the movies.... continuity, they have cross overs in each others movies. We're actually starting to see that IM and Hulk and Spidey all live in the same world.
