Yeah-to an extent. I'm moreso into Marvel, as evidenced by my hero picks. I hate Batman's costume overall but he has an awesomely-dressed rogues gallery.

Just like you never hear about Sabes working for the Foreigner. Do ya think they could tied him into his history somehow instead of letting the PPSM ishes with Sabes and Foreigner meaning nothing

There's no acknowledgement of his run-in w/Iron Fist anymore either.
I seem to remember Vic not having a healing factor back in those days; didn't Spidey web his face & he seriously scarred himself tearing it off? That could be why they don't acknowledge it-it doesn't mesh w/current continuity.

True, Sabes pulled off the webbing and a lot of his face with it. He was even in the hospital (ended up killing his doctor). Then, of course, Black Cat kicked his a$$. Like you said, definitely before the healing factor.

Or it was just at a time when his healing factor sucked, like Wolverine's used to. Equating "healing factor" with instant recovery and near-invincibility is a relatively recent (and terrible) invention.

I never liked Black Panther's costume. I think it's mostly due to the fact that it's boring to draw though. Just doodle a naked guy, colour him in black, add some pointy ears and a cape. done.
