You need a program, they are free, to convert it to a screensaver file.

Google this: Convert .swf to screensaver.

Honestly...since its a SWF (flash file) you would need to convert it to an animated gif....from there I think you can then set it as a background.

That is my best guess on this.

Link doesn't work...and I did actually download one that was free for 15 days, but it wouldn't loop the damn thing. Not sure why.
