Story: AS Moria looks over the body that Xavier bow inhabits, the X-Men are seen recovering from the tragic events that had befallen them in just five months ago. Storm and Beast become the leading staff at the school, trying to keep Xavier’s vision alive. They even form a new chapter to the school, adding a school in Massachusetts. They allow the school to be run by an old friend of Moira’s and a reformed villain, Emma Frost. Both schools have young teams of mutants that they are training to become the next generation of defenders. At the NY Academy Wolverine takes on the task of training the “New Mutants”. The schools form a sort of rivalry and the students often but heads. Meanwhile Rogue and Bobby work on their relationship, while Rogue’s powers start to resurface. Kitty also returns to the open arms of Piotr, renewing their feelings for each other. Through all of this the eccentric government official Bolivar Trask convinces the government to invest in the sentinel project, after learning that the cure didn’t work. The first attack is on the underground group of mutants known as the Morlocks. A young cop in New York finds out about the project and takes the information to the X-Men. Turns out he is Bishop, a mutant and a former pupil of the X-Men. The sentinels are soon sent after the Mass. Academy, who calls in the X-Men and New Mutants for help. The climactic battle educes and the rival schools must band together to defeat the sentinels. In the process they have losses including the entire Mass. Academy, being blown up by the sentinels. The other loss is Angel, whose limp body is taken by a shadowy figure. The government then disbands the Sentinel project after the events in Mass. In the end the students from the Mass. Academy are forced to join the NY students and are followed by Emma, Banshee, the Stepford Cuckoos and Dust, forming one large school for mutants.

Story: After the schools had joined together and finally returned to normalcy, they are joined by the long-lost brother of Scott. He storms into the school full of rage after hearing of the disappearance of his brother. He comes to the school to get answers and to see if anyone will help him find him. But once he arrives he is cut of by Emma, who has been running Cerebro. She has picked up signs of a mutant that may be Scott, but it is coming from Egypt. While all of this is happening, Magneto is trying to regain his power and control over the brotherhood. He is joined by his two children and more brotherhood allies. He wants the full potential of his power, so he finds his third child, Polaris, so he can manipulate her in helping regain his powers. But when she realizes his true intentions she informs the X-Men, who start to form a plan of action. Meanwhile in Egypt, a powerful corporate, dictator, who sits in the shadows, reveals himself to be the first mutant ever. He begins to test mutants and make them bow at his feet. At his side is Dr. Nathaniel Essex, aka Sinister. He has been running questionable experiments on mutants and answers to all of his master’s biddings. He claims to have half of the perfect strand of mutant DNA, and begins to look for the other. He quickly sends out the thief Gambit who shows up at the mansion and battles over the monument of Jean Grey. He escapes the X-Men’s clutches with the rotting body of Jean. The X-Men then peruse him to Egypt, hopping to find Scott in the same trip. They find that Sinister leads them to the great pyramids. A battle then brakes out and it is revealed that Angel has been taken control and altered by the evil doctor. He leads the other horsemen of the master, including Juggernaut and Deathstrike. The X-Men don’t want to battle their old friend, but they are forced to when he attacks. In the closing the X-Men are defeated, but in the aftermath of their first battle, they regain the body of Jean and are reunited with Scott, alive and well at the pyramids. They return to the school planning on their next plan of action.

Story: The X-Men are reunited with Cyclops and joined in ranks by Havok and Polaris. Cyclops is mentally contacted by Jean telling him to move on, so he does, with Emma. They begin to plan the next stage in the fight against Apocalypse. The Brotherhood is then challenged be Apocalypse, but Magneto will bow to no one, so he calls in the help of the X-Men. Both teams know that the only way to defeat him is to work together. They are transported to Egypt, accompanied by the New Mutants, Generation X, and Bishop. They know they need all the help they can get and feel that the kids are ready. When they arrive they are met Gambit who they quickly capture. From him they learn that Sinister had Scott and Jean to get the perfect mutant DNA, but he failed to get it when the X-Men attacked. Gambit informs them all about Apocalypse. He is the oldest and original mutant. He has not aged due to his limitless power. He is planning to make the X-Men and the rest of the mutants in the world bow his feet. After finding this out they know what they are up against, but they need to challenge Apocalypse before he can put his plan into affect. They get to the pyramids and are confronted by the four horsemen, who are sent to enforce the power of Apocalypse. Once again they must battle with Angel. This time they realize that Apocalypse has given the horsemen unlimited power and they prove themselves as formidable foes to the large group. Some of the group gets into the Pyramid, where at last Apocalypse is revealed. The battle continues. All of their might is put forth and they fight as hard as they can. Finally, with the help of the entire team, Apocalypse is defeated and locked into the pyramid forever. They brotherhood and the X-Men then again split sides and leave Egypt. The X-Men are joined by one more, Angel, who was brought to his senses and helped in the final battle. When they reach the mansion, they come face to face with a stranger. The thing is that this stranger has a familiar voice, that of Xavier’s. Moria then comes in to tell them the whole story and inform them that the Professor is in fact alive and returning to the school. Xavier does not take the school as his, but leaves it to his pupils. Storm just wants to teach and not be headmistress, neither does Beast, so they leave it to Scott and Emma to carry on the schools legacy.

However, Bastion should either be leading Prime Sentinels (human cyborgs) or just soldiers with special equipment. But seriously, how awesome would Operation Zero Tolerance be???

I thought that in X4, Trask and Bastion build the Sentinals, but Bastion betrays Trask and uses the Sentinals for his own doing. Then he releases Omega Red as his right handman. They can also have GRSO Soldiers who defend the Sentinal factories!!!

With The Help Of The Proffessor, Cyclops Recovers From His Coma & Returns To The Mansion. He Returns, But Not Without His Share Of Problems... The Nightmares Of Jean & Xavier's Deaths Haunt Him. Storm Currently Runs The School & Leads The X-Men. Rouge's Devastated By The Return Of Her Powers, Kitty & Bobby's Relationship, & Discovery Of Her True Mother. She Is Convinced By Mystique To Leave The Mansion & Be With Her "True Family". Somewhere Along The Way She Shows Her Darkside & Kills Her First Few Victims To Start Gaining Her "Real" Powers. Gambit Is A Theif Rouge Meets Along The Way While She Is With Mystique. Her Love & A Discovery Of Mystique's True Intentions Drive Rouge To Return To The Mansion With Her New Love Intrest:Remy LeBeau. The X-Men Battle An Army Of Sentinels Created By Nathaniel Essex & Trask. Sentinels Created Without The President's Approval, But With Government Funding. Angel Is Left For Dead By The X-Men After Fierce Sentinel Face Off. He Barely Survives And Is Saved By Apocalypse & Mystique. This Movie Focuses On Life After The Proffessor & Jean, The Sentinel Storyline, Storm's Leadership, Cyclops Return, Rouge's History & Her New Abilites, As Well As The Introduction Of Apocalypse As The New Major Villian. The Climax Of This Movie Will Be A Intense New York City Sentinel Battle Where It Appears Angel Dies To The X-Men & The X-Men Save New York City.

Storm Appears In A Cameo Explaining That She Must Go To Africa To Look Into This Shadow King Situation[Possible Spin Off Movie]. Nightcrawler Returns To The Mansion After Numerous Attempts Were Made To Murder Him By Government Officials Who Link Him To The Attempted White House Assassination. Kurt Informs Cyclops That Maybe The Mansion Is The Best Place For People Like Him & He Would Never Be Understood In The Outside World. He Is Later Informed By Rouge Of Their Relationship To Mystique & Has Even More Reasons To Stay, He Can Find His True Identity There. Rouge Now Struggles With Her New Found Abilites & Looks To Gambit For Comfort. Their Relationship Grows Greatly & Makes For Good On Screen Chemistry. It Also Creates A Conflict With X-Boyfriend Bobby Drake. Some Situations Reflect The Logan, Jean, Cyclops Love Triangle. Mystique Is Commanded By Apocalypse To Bring Back A Man Named Nathaniel Essex. She Returns With Essex & Essex Becomes Mr. Sinister. Archangel Is Complete & Commanded By Apocalypse To Take His Four Horsemen And Obtain The Gene Code Of Cyclops & Jean In Order To Create The "Perfect" Mutant DNA. This Involves A Showdown At The X-Mansion Where Jean's Grave Is Unearthed & Cyclops Is Kidnapped By Archangel. The Four Horsemen Are Defeated By The X-Men, But They Lose Cyclops In The Process. Scott Wakes Up Restrained & Laying Next To Jean's Half Rotten Corpse. He Wakes Up To Sinister Explaining Apocalypse's Plan For Scott & Jean's DNA To Mystique In Apocalypse's Secret Egyptian Pyramid Lair. With The DNA Obtained, Apocalypse's Secret Plan Begins To Unfold. Regardless Of Inner Turmoil Amoung The X-Men, They Unite To Save Cyclops, Take On Apocalypse & His Henchmen With No One To Lead Them But Themselves. This Movie Shows The X-Kids Growth & Development As A Team. Mystique Is Killed By Rouge, But Apocalypse, Archangel, Sinister All Ecscape. No One Clearly Wins This Battle, Yet Cyclops Is Saved By The Kids. This Movie Is Basically Good Filler For The True Finale & Is Essentially The X-Kids Film. This Film Is Also Just A Setup For The Most Anticipated Superhero Movie Of All Time...X6!!!

Wolverine Returns To The Mansion Out Of The Blue And Is Suprised To See His Old Pal Cyclops Is Alive & Well. Beast Returns Also When Informed Of Scott's Recovery & The Threat That Apocalypse Poses To The World. Magneto Is Shown Back At His Lair With All Of His Powers Back & A Few Familiar Faces. We See Pyro, Toad, Juggernaut, & A New Recruit Named The Blob. This Movie Features An Epic Battle Between The X-Men, The Brotherhood, Apocalypse, Sinister, & Archangel. Apocalypse Plans To Destroy Anybody Who Won't Bow Before Him, Take His Mark, & Proove The Are Fit To Survive. Magneto Does'nt Bow To Anyone & His Brotherhood Follows His Teachings. A Mutant Democracy Is Better Than An Apocalypse Imposed Rulership. They Decide To Go Against Apocalypse & His Cause. The X-Men Battle With The Brotherhood Breifly Before Joining Forces To Battle The Greatest Threat Of All. The X-Men Prevail Thanks To The Help Of The Brotherhood & Archangel In A Last Second Decision Angel Makes To Deny His Creator:Apocalypse. Iceman, Colossus, Nightcrawler, & Kitty Begin Teaching Other Students. Iceman Teaching The History Of Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters, Colossus Teaching Art, Nightcrawler With Religion & Theology, & Kitty With Physics. Rouge & Gambit Elope. And Wolverine Is Seen Stealing Cyclops Bike One Last Time & Driving Off With A Cigar In His Mouth. The Shot Zooms Out Above The Mansion With One Last Monolouge By Charles Xavier Assuring Us His Dream Will Live On & There Will Always Be Opposition To The X-Men Way Of Life.

Synopsis
A new threat has dawned upon mutant kind. Due to Magneto's war, security is now the highest priority. Senator Kelly (Or an equally powerful politician) has mysteriously returned along with the mutant registration acts. The sentinels have become the main source of human protection fearing that Magneto or some new mutant threat could be plotting against man-kind. Mutants everywhere flood the sewers as a haven under the lead of Masque. Amongst his most trusted are Caliban, Gambit and a few others, who he sends out to track and recruit mutants into the Morlocks; but something has changed. The sentinels are now uncontrollable and mysteriously armed with the mutant registration acts. With their creator Dr. Bolivar Trask dead the X-Men lead by Storm must battle these mutant hunting robots.

Narration by Professor X.- Evolution: a change or as scientists have theorized, a shift living organisms undergo over many generations to suite their environment. One might ask why mutants have evolved above their counter parts man; or even contemplate what we are evolving to? Either way the true answer only lies within our Legacy; our as we have come to know it, our evolution.
Synopsis
All over the news controversy raises as the emergence of a mutant epidemic spreads. A leading geneticist Dr. Nathaniel Essex has deemed the outbreak “The Legacy virus” one in which only mutants can inherit; but when it is revealed that this isn’t a new mutant epidemic, but “the cure” itself progressing to a deadlier state. The X-Men must make their move; to protect their Legacy; which will only end in losses.

Narration by Professor X.- As old as time itself, those who are different have always been met fear, resentment and often hate. Humanity has never embraced what they yet to understand, more than often resulting in conflict. If you look at history itself you’d find that for as long as there are those who fear there has, and always will be, war.
Synopsis
Over 1,000 years ago a mutant En Sabah Nur or as they called him Apocalypse reigned all of Egypt with an iron fist. His tyranny would only expand casting the world into eternal war. But somehow he had been stopped. Evidence as to how or who sealed Apocalypse away has never been found, just that he was. But such a time is upon humanity now as history begins to repeat itself. The final battle dawns upon the X-Men as they face of against the ultimate mutant, in the ultimate battle to ensure a world that hates and fears them.

Glad 2 See I Started An Interesting Thread. I Like All The Ideas That Have Been Shared. I'm Not A Screenplay Writer So I Just Typed A Bunch Of Ideas I Had When I Thought Of A Sequel Trilogy. After Reading The Replies I Agree, Apocalypse Should'nt Appear Until The End Of X5. But I Think X4 Should Be Mainly Based On Life After The Proffessor's Death & The Sentinels. They Should Do A Movie Without Wolverine, Let Him Make A Cameo Or Be In One Movie As Long As Cyclops To X3. He Always Left The Group In The Comics. That Gives Room For Other People To Get Much Needed Screentime & Storyline Growth. I Personally Think He Should Leave For 2 Movies & Return In The Final. Let's Not Forget They Are Making A Wolverine Solo Movie, So We'll Get Our Share Of Wolvie. Save Omega Red For The Wolverine Movie Or Movies. Save Sabertooth. Let Him Make His Dramatic Return In A Wolverine Movie. It'll Give X1 That Special Quality. Sabertooth Knows Wolverine, But Wolvie Don't Remember Him Obviously. Bring Back Nightcrawler, Beast, Colossus, Iceman, Cyclops, Storm. If Storm Leaves In X5 Cool. Let Halle Have A Break & Unite The Whole Cast For The Final Film. X5 Should Be The X-Kids Movie And Give Insight To Sinister & The Whole Worlds View Of Mutants. They Asked Which Side Will These Mutants Choose, Now They've Chosen. Let's See What Happens. Follow The Sinister Storyline Wanting The Perfect Mutant DNA. And The Battle Where Angel Dies.... X6 Archangel & Apocalypse & Everybody!!! X6 Could Break Records Unimaginable With Such A Huge Cast & Huge Budget. Imagine Kids In Awe When The See The Trailer. A World Gone Crazy Only The X-Men Could Save. A Real Comic Book Look To It. More Action Less Talking. Room For Storyline, But By Then We Know These Characters, Let's See Them Kick Ass & Use Their Powers Finally!!!
