Is there anyway to change your username? I looked at the FAQ but couldnt find anything on it.

Perhaps you could've waited until a mod or admin answered. I mean, I KNOW they can change your name for sure, but it's more of a question whether or not they do it. Maybe if it's a one time thing...

I'm not sure if creating a new account is the solution. It basically means there's one person with 2 accounts. Normally not accepted to a forum..... But hey, I was once a mod at another vBulletin forum, so I kind of know how it works...
