It's a standalone downloadable game. I'm pretty excited. I really wanted to play last year's game but the price for it was kinda ridiculous for what it was.

It does look awesome. I heard you can actually control both characters on your team this time for the first time in a NBA Jam game which is a huge selling point plus there is a Team EA in the game which has Faith from Mirror's Edge and Issac Clarke from Dead Space
