NBC's 'JOURNEYMAN' starring Kevin Mckidd

With Taye Diggs? Heard about it but never tuned in.

I doubt it's her real name. Probably her Hollywood name.

She's Native American - anything's possible. I'm leaning towards "Hollywood name" myself, but would like to think that it isn't. I mean, who the hell comes up with "Moon Bloodgod" as a name?

a better question would be "why the hell didn't anyone come up with it before"? :D

To Golgo:

Her full name is Korinna Moon Bloodgood.

Hmm. I searched, and every place I look, her "birth name" is listed exactly as you put it.

I was completely wrong though. She's not Native American. Her ethnicity is listed as: "Korean, Irish and Dutch".

I was surprised to read that aswell. I had no idea.

Journey man is fantastic! #1 Moon Bloodgood WILL be the mother of my children! She's GORGEOUS! #2 Journeyman reminds me of Quantum Leap/Back to the Future. Bottom Line, its better than Bionic Woman.

I hope its around for a long while.

Yeah, I stopped watching Bionic Woman after two episodes, but Journeyman's been getting better and better. I'm really interested in this mysterious professor dude Dan's been in contact with.

The NY Times is saying the writer’s strike might actually be a good thing for struggling shows like “Journeyman.”

For Some Shows, The Strike Offers a Silver Lining
By Brian Stelter
For a few new television series, the writers’ strike may actually be a good thing.

Because the strike could shut down television production, the networks are wary of wasting any original programming they have already prepared. A report by the media buying agency Magna Global has identified four shows — three of them on NBC — that may have received a longer lease on life because of the situation.
“Journeyman,” the Monday night sci-fi drama on NBC, is the first example listed by Magna. The show is “probably only still on because” of the strike, the report states, citing the show’s third-place status and dramatic viewership losses.
The Wednesday night NBC drama “Life,” also mired in third place, is in a similar position. The lead-in for “Life,” a new reality show called “Phenomenon,” has shown substantial losses from weeks one to two, but the program “will be more serviceable” in the event of a long strike, the report notes.
Magna also cites the low-rated “K-Ville,” the New Orleans cop drama on Fox, as a survivor thanks to the strike. As Preston Beckman, Fox’s executive vice president for strategic planning, put it last month: “Every hour is precious if there’s a strike, and you’ve got to hold your powder and conserve resources.”

Yeah, I stopped watching Bionic Woman after two episodes, but Journeyman's been getting better and better.

I quit Bionic Woman after 2 eps too, but I'd like to check out the newest episodes, because I hear it's okay and I really need to get the taste of the pilot out of my mouth. Ugh.

As for J-Man, it's exceeded my wildest expectations. It's not one of those shows where you need to watch every ep, but I find myself watching every episode anyway because it's just that good!

And let me just say, Gretchan Egolf is fantastic

yeah...and I never got to see what was causing his reliving the day. Was it the sands in the hour glass or what. I hate when things are not resolved

Yeah, it sucked that we never found out.

Yeah, I was wondering about that too, Iron Fist. I wanted to know why he was having a groundhogs day moment, but they never said, I thought it was that stuff they were injecting him with, but you people are talking about hour glasses and crap so I guess I was dead wrong.

Best Thing about Daybreak? MOON BLOODGOOD WAKING UP EVERY MORNING IN HER UNDERWEAR! BEST INTRODUCTION TO A TELEVISION SERIES EVER!

I had to go track down some vids and images for all you guys, because honestly everybody deserves to see moon in her underwear at least once in their lifetime. Go. Now.

Thank Me Later. It was a Job for DarkSuperman. Up, Up...and you know the rest.
:woot:

You're really crazy for her aren't you? LOL, as if it wasn't obvious. Seeing her in her underwear was a highlight for the episodes, good stuff.

Can you tell? Haha, she was the reason I kept tuning in. I'm glad she's on a good time travel show now. Now I can watch her without feelings guilty. LOL

Also, she really is the most interesting character. I mean, where does she go, why do they do what they do? I need to know. haha

Good, ep...but we didn't get any more info for 'NASA guy' about time travelling, although he seemed to expect Dan to disappear when he did.

We finally know where Livia's homebase is..the 1940's.

Not sure if i understand the ending with the twenty dollar bill and his brother. Did Dan somehow change time when he gave away all that money during the robberry...?

Well...I'm guessing the government asked that scientist guy to create a machine to go back in time to stop terrorist or something. I think if by luck the show gets a second season, we will finally see who's doing this....and he might be given straight forward missions in time by the government to stop criminals or events

Not sure but I think that was the 20 that was in the sealed evidence envelope. I think it was his way of making it up to Dan? I could be wrong. Fantastic show, not a single complaint except that I have to wait a whole week for a new one.

I thought the FBI had it? I guess he stole it out of evidence.

Wait a minute...J-Man isn't in danger of being canceled is it? Aren't the rating good? How could they not be this show is brilliant...plus my wife is smoking in it! No way she's from the 1940's. They didn't make chicks that hot back then. Her sexy is the result of chemicals in American food or super scientists experimenting with ways to eliminate the genes that cause ugliness.

please tell me the show isn't in danger!

I'm a little lost, was the $20 bill evidence tampered with or was the FBI Agent just highly skeptical that modern day currency found its way into 1995?
