NBC's 'JOURNEYMAN' starring Kevin Mckidd

Thought this was great

This and Chuck were two of my favorite new shows of the year. I can't believe it was canceled.

Why'd you have to do that JC? :csad:

I know it is silly but technically official news of cancellation was not made yet. So, there is still a possibility out there. How likely? Ehhh... I dunno. Regardless keeping the show in mind is a good thing. There are other networks afterall.

Sci-Fi channel would be good for the show.

man some of those ideas sound really cool:csad:

Journeyman comic books damnit:cmad:

I still don't know why this show was canned, it was good.

The answer to the question, "What else was ahead for Dan, Katie, Livia, Jack and Jack's hot girlfriend? How many of the [never-shot] final nine episode storylines had you worked out before the strike?" Is full of stuff I'd love to see.

Don't remind me. :( I have no idea how great shows like "Journeyman" and "Moonlight" get cancelled, while tripe like "Hogan Knows Best," not only gets multiple seasons, but gets a spinoff as well. My faith in humanity is lessening everyday.

PS: Don't even get me started on Invisible Man and Firefly. :cmad:

Well, Lost and Heroes are up there as better but when talking about canceled shows then yeah, totally.

nah, lost is a whole bunch of crap and heroes went down hill WAY to fast...

BSG was the only other good thing i could think of...

Pump your brakes kid. That man's a National Treasure.

Anyways, if it hadn't of been for Mad Men, Journeyman would of been the best new show from the past season. It is awesome, and I shall be purchasing the full series soon to burn on to disc so that I can share its brilliance with the rest of the world, and I suggest you all do the same.

Lost has been up and down, but its last season was excellent. Better than Journeyman? I don't know. Certainly in the same ballpark, at least.

Heroes has just been getting worse and worse with everything I've seen. The next season looks like it could be good, but who knows?

Anyway, that article on Journeyman's future plans was full of interesting stuff. I hate that we'll never get to see it on TV. I don't think I could even get into it as a comic or through other media, either. The chemistry that the cast brought to the show was a big part of its appeal. McKidd played Dan so perfectly, Egolf brought just the right mix of vulnerability and strength to Katie, Bloodgood carried the mystique that Livia had to exude perfectly, etc. Such a great show in every respect. :(

A comic wouldn't work for the show, it's just not that kinda format.
