I pick Vandy over Alabama, because I don't think Alabama cover the spread. I do think Alabama win outright...I don't think they win by 19 to cover the spread.
Think Mississippi State win outright & upset Georgia, because Miss St. can throw the ball down field...something Georgia struggles with. With all things being equal, except Georgia do have a slightly better defense imo, Miss St. can throw the ball & have better QB play, reason why I pick Miss. St. outright. It will be tough however winning in Athens.
Finally...there was No Line at the time, for the Bucs/Vikes game. It has since gone dogs for the Bucs -2.5, last I saw. Don't matter, with Sam Bradford being out again, probably for the season, the Bucs outright is a no-brainer to me. I don't see where the Vikes can produce any offensive mojo anywhere. Case Keenum leads the Vikes charge.
