Need help with my phone

I have a samsung juke

I changed the lock code for it recently,and now i forgot it. Does anyone know how i can either dig it up somehow,or reset my phone?

E-mail your carrier's tech-support. They should reply with your number or they can unlock your phone. Read your manual.
