Need immediate help...the game is Robocop :(

I finally got past these insanely difficult levels and now I am stuck on fighting MIND. Anyone here play this game or know what I need to do here because I have shot all of my ammo on anything that would be considered my target and nothing is happening. Please help because there are like ZERO walkthroughs or helpsites on this game.

Considering I am seeing like zero feedback on this game here or on any other site on the internet I will have to assume I am the first to play this game. Oh well. And I finally figured it out and beat it. You guys can close this if you want or you can keep it open to talk about what a piece of **** game this is.

You make Robocop's gun need ten bullets to kill a thug (metal ripping flesh), but a kid on a skateboard can punch him dead in four hits (flesh hitting steel).

Although I love robocop and am a ****e for licensed games, I knew I wouldnt buy this when in an interview the makers said they wouldn't use the robocop theme tune because they wanted to make it with its ''own identity''.


That alone told me they didn't get the character, that and they were too ****ing cheap to pay for the rights to the score.
