Transformers Need some help with movie Ironhide

For the life of me, I cannot get this guy transformed into Robot Mode. I've examined the instructions as closely as I can, and they don't help. Can someone please help me transform this bastard??? lol

I cant get the head on level with where it is supposed to go...actually the whole figure looks backwards!!! it's all screwed up, and it's depressing me because Ironhide is one of my favorites....

Well he rotates at the chest 360 degrees. If you've done it right his bumper is on his back. Also to get his head all the way out have to pull the wind sheild out and down his back. The roof collapses on top of the wind shield to let that happen.
