Need to Enlarge the size of these photos to 300 DPI

Hey, I just created a short film and was asked to submit it to a Short film Showcase in London Canada. Only thing is that along with the movie, I have to submit 5 still photos and a movie poster along with it that are the following size:

4) A 300 DPI jpeg poster from the film (8.5”x11”)
5) 5 - 300 DPI jpeg pictures from the film (4”x3”)

I have the pictures and poster, I just don't know how to expand the size of the images to fit these measurements. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thanks.

You have to create a new document with 300dpi from the start.

if your try to boost these images to 300dpi they will lose quality and look ****.

So in photoshop when you goto start a new document it asks what dpi you want change it to 300
