and my opinion is that she may be harley quinn because of rumors from the past that there may be a cameo of hq in tdk and she's not some unknown actress to just be eye candy on bruce's arm.

The HQ rumor has been debunked I believe, ya and Ken Wattanabe was pretty famous from Last Samurai but he was in for like 5 minutes. Chris Nolan could make Tom Hanks an extra with how he casts.
