I've just about HAD IT with people assuming that all superhero movies are intended for KIDS. For God's sake, would you guys rather a pansy Ironman movie where he drinks milk and the fight scenes are replaced by "KAPOW!" and "ZAP!" or the most badass superhero yet where he becomes an alcoholic as the real Tony Stark from the comics does and kicks some villain ass with the armor???!?!!

For God's sake, on a different movie forum, there was some lady complaining that it was inappropriate for the dialogue about *********ion to be in Transformers since it was very inappropriate for her 13 year-old son to listen to such a thing. Yeah guys, although my opinion probably doesn't mean much or make much sense, it just feels good to vent out my frustration caused by the select number of people that are always going.."is that appropriate for a film directed at kids?"

I'm with you on that! Lets dumb or tone everything down for the kiddies so they can enjoy it. I hate when they do that for something that was meant for adults. Take Spawn for example, crappy movie but a lot of that was because they made it around a PG-13 rating. I know Iron Man is for the most part for all ages, it's a comic and all. I just don't want a "drink your milk kids" kind of heroe, we already got the Fantastic Four. Hell, in the comics numerous times he's killed his enemies to take out there threat. For the most part the only other Marvel character heroe who does that but to an extreme is The Punisher. In X-men it happens now and again but their always full of remourse about it, well minus Wolverine. I'm pumped that Favreau said this movie is going to have a more adult feel to it. With this and TDK coming out in '08, hopefully next year will be better with the quality films.

Just from this one picture, I know this film will be INCREDIBLE...or should I say INVINCIBLE.
