New Reason For No Spider-Man 3 Score Album?

I Was searching the net [yes; STILL] and i found this as a reason as to why it's unreleased:

It's funny. The release of the score isn't due to Sony's refusal to release it. Chris won't release it as he would have to cut out all of Danny Elfman's music that he worked into the score and that's just something Chris artistically does not want to do. Case closed.

The Incredible Hulk's score was released, and kept the traditional TV series tune in it.

I don't get it, just because....it makes no sense.

He'd have to cut out Elfman's portions of the score for legal issues, not artistic ones, probably because they only licensed Elfman's themes for the film/video/broadcast issues, not for secondary products like the soundtrack. If you want to blame anyone, blame the lawyers.

i have both of the complete "promo scores" from the first 2....which brings me to this question.if we can isolate the first 2 complete scores by elfman, hows it so impossible for the 3rd?
