New release date?

The french website Dvdrama said that the french release date of Spider-Man 3 is now May 1st instead of May 2nd. Is it the same thing in America or is it just something for french (like me) ?

I think the release date is circling around the original May 4'th date... It's practickly the same all over... But every theater over here in Denmark has it listed as a MAY 3'RD RELEASE!
