Spiderman 3 had an international release date of may the 4th.

Yet I was just checking the odeon.co.uk website to see if tickets were available for sale yet, and lord behold, they are taking bookings for the third?

Does this mean the UK is getting it a day earlier?

Thanks

Probably a preview. UK is good when it comes to previews.

Is this for the entire day or is it a midnight show; which we have in the states for big movies like this as well.

maybe its taking the international dateline into account

We usually get big films the day before here.

Yep, it's the same here in Denmark!!! We're getting it on the 3'RD as well. I'm seeing it at the midnight premier, so basickly that's more like the 2'nd for me!!! Already reserved my ticket along with 10 of my friends!!!:woot: :cwink:

well, not to be a smartass or anything, but everyone also remember that the uk is about half a day ahead of us as well. So for those in the USA, spiderman 3 will be opening in UK around midnight wensday night. People in the uk please post what you think of the movie for us westerners!!!!!!!!!

who cares its only one day earlier.. and beside the chinese are seeing it by May 1st and there is a sweepstakes for seeing the movie April 16th so who really cares! Im seeing it on May 3rd anyways soo...

In Australia it opens at 10am on the 3rd of May, which is 7pm on the 2nd of May in US. That means us Aussies get it nearly a day and 5 hours earlier.
