I'm guessing it's the newspaper article, although it wont load for me. It's a shot of an issue of the Bugle with spidey in a black costume, and a headline reading something like "Spider-Man is a theif!".

Yep, posted long time ago by me. I wish people try posting in the picture thread before creating a new thread on the subject. If it hasn't been posted before go ahead and create a new thread on it if you wish (if it contains something new and original and not some more different angles of previously posted pictures).

If it has been posted before someone will let you know. Plus chances are if the picture is more than a week old it has....

its not a black and white picture...you can clearly see color in the backround

there's nothing to suggest he's actually commited any crime...

in the first film there were some bad articles of him circulating by the daily bugle even though he had done nothing wrong...

remember the cops were after him even though he did nothing wrong (although that part of the story was really quite weak and wasn't followed up)

It says Spiderman shows his TRUE colors. It's pun intended by the bugle, he stops a bank robbery saves the mayor and Gwen in the beginning, later on in the black suit, Eddie either gets a shot of him with the money or photoshops the bags on to him.

We know it's the black suit cause when they were shooting that bank scene "the first eastern bank" they reported spidey in black jumping on Chris Tucker's cab.
