NEXTWAVE question about continuity

Could someone please let me know if Nextwave is suppose to be in continuity? I thought it was, but there is a question as to whether it really is or not.

Well they where in the background in Civil War, so it's somewhat in continuity. Like said above, it is when it's convenient, and it's not when it's not. The actual team of Nextwave is in continuity though. I really hope they are cause I love The Captain.

In the Black Panther/Storm wedding issue, in the pile of wedding gifts is one with the Beyond Corporation logo, with the tag " To BP, from Dirk Anger"

Thanks for the responses. From a couple of the examples, I'd say they are in continuity, just as X-Static is considered in continuity by some writers and not by others.

I think them making a cameo in Civil War shows that they are in continuity.
