Civil War is VERY canon 616. Ramifications travel throughout the MU. All writers are affected.

She-Hulk is lightly canon. Ramifications only affect writers if they choose to play off of Slott's ideas.

Nextwave is NO WHERE NEAR CANON. NO one is affected in the slightest.

I tend to have respect for characters I love, thats weird. Either way, even if I went along with all those changes, I dont find the book to be funny at all. Seen it, done it, I seriously seen more original material from Dane Cook.
