Deidal is a nickname that some of my extended family called me. When I was around the age of 3, I kept telling my folks that I saw pictures in my head. <at the time, I was not yet acquainted with the definition of a dream, and what it meant, but one of the dreams involved Deidal; don't ask, I can't remember. At the time, I kept saying this name, so other family members started calling me this.>

Several decades later, family will still call me by this name. It's sort of annoying, but funny in a sentimental kind of way. Whenever I'm around a lot of them, it's sure to come up in one of those trips down memory lane.
