Cage has the craziness to play the Joker but none of the gravitas to play Doom. Strong No thanks to him playing the latter character but him as the Joker could be... interesting but only in the same unintentional hilarious way Tommy Wiseau playing the role would be.

I agree with you a scarecrow part for Nicholas Cage would be fantastic. The wicked movie he did is one example.
