Plot Summary: Anything can happen on Nim's Island, a magical place ruled by a young girl's imagination. It is an existence that mirrors that of her favorite literary character, Alex Rover- the world's greatest adventurer. But Alexandra, the author of the Rover books, leads a reclusive life in the big city. When Nim's father goes missing from their island, a twist of fate brings her together with Alexandra. While I hope it ends up being like "Romancing the Stone", I fear it'll instead be like "Six Days Seven Nights". And I do think the overtness of the Butler Indiana Jones look is a bit much. The whip really pushes the whole thing into "Rip-Off-ville". Was it much to make a stylistically similar character that looked at least a tad different?
