I love all three. X2 just edges out DoFP for me. Just slightly.

I love all three to bits, but Days Of Future Past is unquestionably the best one, IMO.

It took all the best things from X-2 and FC and combined them into DOFP.

X2 is the tightest, most focused and cohesive of the 3,

X-Men First Class is the most colorful, lighthearted, fun, and fresh,

DOFP is the most emotional and epic.

I'm gonna watch DOFP again tomorrow and hopefully I'll have a verdict.

Since the movie only opened yesterday (or tonight depending where you live), I think it's safe to say DoFP will win.

But I still think Vaughn is the most fun, and McAvoy and Fassbender's rapport in XFC is better than anything else in the franchise. So, that movie still squeaks by as my favorite over Days of Future Past. Then the excellent, if a little dry, X2. Just my opinion.

I really, really, REALLY hate these type of polls for new films cause 9 times out of 10, the new film wins. But, I have to say, Days of Future Past I do think is the best. I'd go:

This is sort of a conundrum for me because.. I feel that DoFP, as a whole, might be better than X2 by a little bit.. however, the sad irony is that, admittedly, part of the reason I felt that DoFP was so enjoyable was because of the fact that

it derailed the worst parts of X3(which to this day, I hate for ruining the epic momentum of X2, and the Phoenix setup)

. So I'm really torn about how I feel about that dynamic, in terms of picking at true favorite movie.

I'm 'meh' on X1, X3 and The Wolverine.
Origins is just rubbish.

The reason I have FC as number 1 is because (for me) no other Xmen movie has the emotional weight of;
Mag's trying to move the coin and mum being killed.
Prof X unlocking Mag's true power with the memory of Mag's mum.
Mystique character arc.
Mag's coming full circle when he pushes the coin through Shaw's head (who is essentially his 'creator'.

Wonderful story telling and whilst I love X2 and DoFP it doesn't reach the heights of FC.

It's either X2 or DOFP for me, with FC as a close second. I have to let more time pass, and more viewings to make a final decision.

X-Men: Days of Future Past.

For me, its better than First Class because this one has more emotion, it feels more epic, it feels more like a X-Men film and even if there were a couple of mutants that didn't have a dialogue, it not as noticeable compare to First Class who had a smaller cast.

After the 3 'classics', if I'm rating the 'lessor' X-men movies I would go;

X3 - Butchered Phoenix saga aside the movie had good action.

X1 - Okay introduction to the X universe although I was bitterly disappointed with the amount of screen time Wolverine gets compared to his co stars.

The Wolverine - Good story line. Dreadful climax.

X: O - Total utter rubbish.
