I just found out from my batch of next Wednesday's advanced issues what that OMIT thing that Marvel's been advertising is about.

I thought it'd be cool though if people care to guess what it stands for before I post it, see who guesses closest. You can guess what the letters stand for or what it's about. I'd recommend guessing what it's about though, as guessing what the letters stand for ain't too likely.



And just to make it fun, I'll give whoever guesses closest (or most amusing if there's no one close) an advanced heads up about something else that I'm not telling anyone else about. Kind of a little prize that way

Yeah, that's what I would think, too. With Joey Q on writing duties, it's the only thing I really thought. The whole thing with OMD and the marriage issue has been Omitted from being shown as far as to my knowledge

So, the secret is out. Considering Marvel has teased for the end of M-Day for about 3 years now and has yet to deliver on the goods, I may not be so quick to assume that BND is suddenly going to be reversed. But, it will bring attention to the books.

Maybe after three years, Marvel finally has all the answers to the continuity conundrums they created with OMD. Now that's service! I mean when I take 3 years to deliver something I said I was working on since the beginning, everyone assumes it's true and I didn't just make it up on the fly. Right?

Frankly, I'm probably more irritated about the death of SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN than this. I'd given up on the comic version of Spider-Man after the 1990's. Hovering around during CIVIL WAR was mostly a diversion.

I don't think anyone's expecting this to reverse BND - I'm pretty sure that ship has sailed. It's more to do with tying up the loose ends left over from OMD.

You should probably prepare to be disappointed. I don't think anything is reversing OMD while Joe Q is still in charge, and probably not even after he's gone since that'll likely be years and years down the line.

Oh I'm not touching the book. If it surprises me by fixing the marraige I might pick it up on back issue, but I'm not holding my breath.

well hopefully the retcon retcon would erase spideys misdeeds and have him back with mj..
or even a separate spidey story based round civil war ending ,secret invasion into siege which catches up on what spidey did during these events after mephisto cleaned up time and space and returned the status quo.
and bring back ben reilly while he's at it!! i am one of the few who liked scarlet spider..
