Obama wants Will Smith to play him in biopic

But he wants a big actor to play him, not Harry Lennix

 

I see a resemblence in Smith. I think he could pull it off.

 

If Brolin can pull of a decent George W. Bush... then they shouldn't go for the "name" when Oliver Stone does his biopic for Obama.

 

We should wait and see what happens this year before even thinking about a biopic.

 

A biopic? If he doesn't win the election, nobody will give 2 sh1ts about him. His name will be disappear from everyone's minds in about a day or two.

 

Win or lose, Obama's already made history.

 

Please say that this is just a "What If" kind of scenario.

If so...WHY, because he could be the first black president? Well, then they might as well make one about Hillary Clinton or George W. Bush...oh wait...damn!

 

Why does B. Hussein Obama need a biopic? He hasn't done anything worth making a movie about.

The whole point of the article was about "if". "If" he becomes President, then a film will likely be made at one point or another.

Yes, history will forget about the first major black presidential candidate.

Even if he loses he'll be remembered better than most people who actually WERE president.

 

If he loses the election he'll probably run again in the next incumbant-free election, but personally, I don't want to see him as president. His heart's in the right place, although I can't say I like his positions on the issues.

That interview was taken ENTIRELY out of context by Yahoo Movies. I read the original interview. Obama was stating who he thought should play him on Saturday Night Live (he thought none of the cast members would be as good as a guest starring Will Smith).
