I am going to smell the pages... I am going to throw myself into this book.

Then I will bag & board it and put it somewhere safe.

oh HELL yeah, nothin' beats the smell of 50 year old comic newsprint paper, I kid you not...

I'm not going to wipe my butt with it... but I've waited my entire life to get this comic... so regardless of the price I pay, I AM going to read it... and try to savor as much of the moment as I can... because it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

And it's not like I'm ever planning on selling it...

At NYCC 2011, both John Romita Sr. and Jr. were there signing autographs. I couldn't get one because I didn't have $10 in cash.

Dude that's lame. Paying for an autograph is lame I think. The store I was at had lame rules too in terms of getting to meet and greet/autograph. You had to buy something from their store of Erik's. I understand. The store makes money, etc.

Yep. I was an idiot and had 3 pieces of tape on the bag, and all 3 got on the cover I almost had heart attack. Luckily the damage wasn't that bad.

I still tape them but I now take off the tape before pulling out any of my key issues.

Lol. I hate when that happens man. I'm just really careful now taking them out.

Get the good sealable bags!
Theyre are two different types...
One with sticky stuff on the "flap"
Those are the bad ones
And one where the sticky stuff is on the back of the bag and the flap sticks there...
That's the good one.
