It's an honor to share this distinctive award that I prefer to call The People's Choice Award with Darthphere; especially since I had more votes than him. It is the camaraderie and open exchange of raw human emotion, wit and wisdom amongst all of us that makes this place as special as it is (and by special I mean in a "had to wear a helmet to school" sort of way), so this is truly an award for each and every one of you who frequent not just the Community forums but all of the boards on this site as well as on Coming Soon and probably Ain't It Cool News, too. So congratulations to all of you for a well deserved victory. I'll proudly display this trophy on my mantle and allow Darthphere to view it over webcam on a quarterly basis. Thank you! Goodnight!

Darthphere here. This indeed is a honor to share such a distinguished award with Jag. First of all, I'd like to thank God for making robot angels. I'd also like to thank Loki, for allowing me to share this award on a technicality. I'd like to thank Community for voting and letting me share a piece of this wonderful forum with all of you. I'd also like to thank Calvin, for getting mugged and leaving the Hype for 4 months and allowing my popularity to grow. To the cracker factory known as comic book forums for voting, even though you still dont know what you voted for. Also, to those with multiple accounts that confused Erz . And of course Erz for sponsoring this vote, even though, I still don't know how he lost. Finally, i'd like to dedicate this award to a brother lost in battle recently. Yo Not Jake! WE DID IT!

I have disqualified the following votes from Darthphere.
Assassin 2, ATMA Weapon, Captain Marvelo, Roachman and Tallyman.

I have disqualified the following votes from jaguarr
morgana

kypade and Tangled Web made their votes known so minus 1 from Darthphere and 2 from jag.

That makes it 44 Darthphere to 46 jaguarr.

Now comes the tricky part,
Roughneck, Sabertooth, All Star Superman, BadgerPhil, BatBrain all voted 4 times and above.

If I discount all of them Darthphere wins by 1 vote.
If I include all of them, jaguaar wins by 1 vote.

Since no one has responded, I have no choice but to declare them both winners.
