"Official" Harvey Dent button?

Ok so I have the buttons that were handed out from the Dentmobiles, and the one that was mailed out. Recently I've seen a bunch of sellers on ebay that have a button in the style of the TDK poster with Harvey holding the button in front of his face. They've all called it them 'official' buttons and if you check out the picture on item number 260334286545 it even has a TM and copyright DC Comics on the bottom edge. Figured this would be the best place to ask as more than likely some of you know, is there somewhere that is actually selling these official buttons or is it just another case of people selling something they made themselves and hoping to get lucky selling to people who don't know better?

I think NECA is making replicas that people are selling.

Hot Topic had some a few months back, but now they're sold out online & I haven't seen any in stores. I really regret not picking one up when I saw them.

I know I heard that Best Buy employees were wearing them around the time the movie came out in stores, on the bottom of theirs was a small "The Dark Knight"/with Bat logo.

This is the one from the ebay listing you were talking about.

I'm sure their not "fakes", the seller Paulv70 is a poster here at the hype and his stuff is authentic.

Bummer, I never thought they'd sell out. I wonder if they're still available at the stores?

MY HT has Rows of them in, i didn't buy one not worth 5 bucks
