DULUTH, Minn. - A man who allegedly tried to burglarize a home lost his clothes in a scuffle with the 69-year-old homeowner and then tried to streak away before he was arrested.

It wouldn't be unprecedented, every once in a while you hear about some burglar suing a home owner because he hurt him.

The old man should have killed him. At least the kid got mountains of embarrassment for his troubles. I've been robbed before so I have little sympathy for burglars. They are the most chicken-sh1t of criminals.

IF you're a criminal and you're already looking for some easy cash, of course you'll sue your attacker. The issue is that the courts actually let these trials come to pass.
