Old Marvel Poster Question

Who did the art, where I might be able to find a copy for sale? I've seen it in one comic shop, and it's been driving me crazy! Thanks for any help!

THAT my friends was a poster Mike Golden did, don't recall the full title, but it was soomething like Mighty marvel march. It also appeared in a Marvel calender.
Mike is STILL one one my fav artists. wish he'd do a Thor book!

Mike's on a book? I knew he was an art director or something like that at Marvel, but, I didn't know about him being on a book. Which one is he on?
