I don't know if there is a thread about this already, but in an interview or something like that Uwe said that if 1 million people said that they didn't want his movies he would stop, and within in minutes a petition was up. Anywas it has over 300 000 signatures.

well Uwe Boll are obviously bad, but i see something like Fantastic Four or Underworld, all i can see is crap for teenagers; is it better than Postal ? it's debatable but still, i consider him just as one awful film director like there is soooooo many in the world

about Zack Snyder, I have to say that i enjoyed Dawn Of The Dead but sincerely hated 300, and as a Watchmen fan i don't expect nothing good coming from the upcoming movie (especially when i see that all Snyder has to say about his new movie is "it's gonna be awesome, it's gonna be cool, blah blah" and fanboy BS : to me that's not what a serious film director would say)

That's interesting, because I was not terribly thrilled with DOTD, but I loved 300. Also, I liked the Underworld movies. Sure they're not great, but they're fun for what they are (vampire / werewolf action movies).

If there is any bad director who you are going to try to compare to Uwe Boll, who have a consistent track record of delivering absolute garbage and somehow continually managing to secure financing for more projects, it would be Jason Friedberg and Aron Seltzer, the two ******s that made Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, and Disaster Movie. However, I actually think that comparing them to Uwe Boll is an insult to Uwe Boll.

Exactly what should a director be serious about in a comic book movie? Snyder is a fantastic director. Also excited to see how Wiseman does with Gears of War.
