The actor who played Joker is named Curtis Armstrong and is most noted for playing the character Booger in the Revenge of the nerds movies.

He is actually a really good actor and has been in ALOT of movies check him out on imdb.

Edit: Now that I look at them again, Joker was better and Riddler was meh

Cuz I remember when they were making these and hearing that he was cast as the joker and I thought "hmm not that bad a choice" (which if you think, it really isn't if you've seen his work) and also he has a very distinct voice which you can tell from the few lines he has.

I'd like to see him take on the role again even if for an animated project.

Well the rumor was on here not too long ago, after B&R WB wanted to make a bat-film with this style and mix, and actually the actors were involved too, all of them.
