[FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]Do you miss the PS1 era’s own 90’s infused version of Snoopy, PaRappa? Well it’s not quite a new game, butPaRappa the Rapper is being remastered for PS4 to celebrate it’s 20th anniversary.
[FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]PaRappa The Rapper originally came out back in 1996 for the PS1. It was followed by a spin-off, UmJammer Lammy, and later a sequel for the PS2, PaRappa the Rapper 2.
[FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]You can expect to see this title hit your PS4 sometime in 2017, but you can check out the demo later today.

Game includes 1080p, 4K resolution support, alternative tracks
The official U.S. PlayStation Store page for PaRappa the Rapper Remastered, a PlayStation 4 remake of the Parappa the Rapper rhythm game, revealed on Wednesday that the game is slated for release in the United States on April 4.
Sony Interactive Entertainment streamed an announcement trailer for the game in December:

The game is slated for release in Japan on April 20.
The PS4 version will improve the visuals of the original PlayStation game. The remake will also support resolutions up to 1080p, or 4K for PlayStation 4 Pro owners. The game will also have alternative tracks.
The original PlayStation rhythm game by NanaOn-Sha shipped in 1996, and the series spawned two more games. Rodney Alan Greenblat designed the franchise's characters. The game received a 30-episode television anime adaptation in 2001, and an ongoing series of anime shorts beginning last year.

Obviously, if you don't want to be spoiled, feel free to click away. But PaRappa the Rapper is hardly known as being a story-driven game, so most of its trophies deal with purely Stage clearing conditions.[/FONT]
