Has anybody seen this? It's on Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube
I'm not a big fan of many comedy series, but if you like Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, or British humor and don't mind vulgarity (it crosses some lines), CHECK THIS OIT NOW, you won't be disappointed.
Do you ever try to get your friends to watch something that you know they will love, but they just ignore you and you want to force them to watch, so they can be grateful to you for turning them on to it? Lol, that's how I feel about PeepShow. It's my favorite comedy series with Always Sunny probably, and they're very similar in humor. Always Sunny is like a vulgar version of Kramer, and Peep Show is like a vulgar, British version of George Costanza.
Can't believe it's not more of a cult hit. I think the name might turn some people off.
It's basically two 30 something roommates, Mark and Jeremy. Mark is a neurotic, self loathing, socially awkward nerd who loves history and is very high strung. Jeremy is a lazy stoner with dreams of being a famous musician, zenith absolutely no talent, drive, or motivation. They also have a friend SuperHans (the Kramer of the group). And much like Costanza, they always try to be something they're not or get laid, and it always blows up in their face, in Always Sunny and Seinfeld style
But the unique quality of the show (and reason for the name), every camera shot in the series is through the eyes of one of the characters in the screen. And you can hear the thoughts of Mark and Jeremy, which are usually contradicting what they're saying. So it's like you are inside their head, seeing the world through their POV. It's very clever and you grow to really appreciate the gimmick in a way that other shows can't do.
I think anybody, but especially socially awkward nerds, can find a lot to relate to in one or both of the characters.
Just a couple clips to give an idea what it's like
Jeremy as a "Life Coach", which he is qualified for because Mark printed him out a certificate "as a treat", after he was flunked out of his Life Coaching short course, after getting intimate with the teacher

Jeremy and Mark on a double date at a terrible play
https://youtu.be/j9GCHxJ3FWM
Jeremy on Jury Duty, after getting intimate with the defendant, at first he tried to get her off the criminal charges ("Its like 12 Angry Men, and in the one who's not angry. I'm horny. Horny is much better than angry."), then finds out she's innocent but crazy, so he tries to get her convicted

Mark at his high school reunion with his old crush and and old bully
"That's great, I love kids..... I mean, not in a bad way, in a nice way.... I mean, I mean I'm not on the Child Protection Registry.... (this is going horribly! Need a joke)... YET!..... Which proves I'm not a pedo!.... Either that, or I'm an incredibly hard to detect pedo!" (Move on from the pedo, Mark!

Jeremy challenging the "Oh so clever professor who acts like he doesn't have time to watch ghostbusters" after Mark stalks a girl to college, where he pretends to be a student to get in her pants, and also becomes teacher's pet with the History professor.
