There are missing some beautiful people off the list. Its a bigger deal in the US us British are generally negative we would rather tear down idols with Britain's Ugliest lists than tell them they are beautiful!

i agree the sad thing is most of these lists are just about how popular. except fhm and esquire where the fans vote.

but the people magazine is talking about inner and outer beauty. and yes popularity. but the thing is people magazine doesn't have a rating. there is no #1 or #100. sure if the person on the cover is on the list it doesn't mean they are number one. jolie is not #1 but they put her on the cover. the same with julia roberts last year.
