My friend, looks aren't everything. Don't get me wrong, they play a big part in the "you just blipped on my radar" game but I learned the hard way in my 20s that personality plays a bigger part. That chick may look hot as hell but a month into the relationship and she could be checking your inbox, cell phone, questioning who "mother" is in your address book, stops shaving her legs, asks for cigarette money everyday, steals all your hoodies, questions you why you shower everyday and wear deodorant, fights with you when you go have a drink with your buddies, then after putting you through hell she leaves you for her co-worker at her new job that you made her get.

I do find that the better looking a woman is generally the duller she is. Seems to work with men too (consider the stereotypical athlete who is barely literate). There are exceptions of course.

But it makes sense, good looking people just waltz through life, especially early on.
