I can't believe this has gone on so long, Firstly Morg is not an Admin, Morg didn't remove the smiley, EXCELSCIOR did it b/c he thought it would cause an issue since it was Jar Jar Binks with the code of Fran.

As we can see Fran is not taking it personally but as a bit of fun, So I'll talk to EX about it.
