Pfieffer In "Grease" Remake

Grease is one of the worst movie musicals I've ever seen. If they remake it, hopefully they wont butcher the stage show and possibly come out with a semi-decent film.

Grease > you.

Grease is kinda sucky, and makes me like Grease 2 more.:csad:

Grease > you.

If you like bastardizations of already weak broadway material. Then yeah, its for you.

Or, if you like 50's music with the occasional 70's disco song/dance. . .

Grease isn't that bad. There are worse movies out there.

Far worse. Grease and Rocky Horror are the only musicals I've ever been able to sit through without getting the urge to gouge out my eyes with the nearest sharp instrument.

But we're talking about movie musicals. . .

Rocky Horror, yes. Thats definitely one of the best...

But Grease is still one of the worst. :o :cwink:

No, it isn't. But I just get annoyed by the millions of people who think it's one of the best.

Well, I'm not a fan of Grease, but I never really was interested in Musicals anyways{the only one I really like is the Sound Of Music and I hope to god they don't remake it:csad:}.

A Grease remake might be good. They could keep it the same but modernize it.

I like Grease so I'll choose the latter.

Nothing beats those 70s nostalgia films set in the 50s and 60s:o

I've seen Grease on stage and thought it was equally as good

Ok certain films deserve remakes...espcially underfunded action, f/x films from years ago that could benefit from today's advancements in film. Grease? What a stupid idea? The movie is timeless and still holds up as one of best musicals ever. There's nothing that needs upgrading. My kids who are both under 10 love GREASE. It's one of their favorite films. In fact it's one of only a handful of films that has lasted generation after generation without losing it's appeal. I put it on the same level as Star Wars in their respective genre's.

And if you're gonna remake it...WHY Jessica Simpson?

I agree it's a very entertaining movie!

But you're a tad late :oldrazz:

LMAO!!! That was put together perfectly.

If this gets done, there has to be a sequel for the following:

*Titanic

*Saving Private Ryan

*Castaway

*Ghost

*Maid in Manhattan

*Pretty Woman

*The Doors

Wasn't there a DTV sequel to Ghost??? Also there is a potential sequel to Titanic and it'd also be a remake. LOL

"Raise the Titanic" LOL

You mean a remake. That's what we need. A remake of Pretty Woman starring Lindsay Lohan with Julie Roberts as her estranged mother.

Sounds pretty cool. . . . . :cmad:

Titanic 2: Rose's Revenge On The Iceberg That Sank The Ship And Therefore Killed Jack...in theaters, 2011

Nice

The sequels

Awesome!

You know I actually thought of a couple of sequels for those films where I messed up the original's story (my wife still hates me for it). Evil and funny stuff. . . . .
